压力性尿失禁又称张力性尿失禁,在女性其临床特点是平时无尿失禁,但当咳嗽、喷嚏、大笑、改变体位等,突然增加腹压时,尿液不随意地自尿道内流出.我科自1959年至1977年收治有完整资料病例26例,其中手术治疗23例,有18例获得随访,随访率78%.本文就此项病例资料进行分析讨论如下: Stress urinary incontinence, also known as tonic incontinence, is usually associated with no urinary incontinence in women.
