基于Hnsch-Couillaud(H-C)频率锁定技术,通过理论计算得到了用于实现激光到环形腔频率锁定的误差信号,并在实验上利用1583 nm激光与腔内含有KTP晶体的蝶形环形腔对激光到环形腔的频率锁定进行了实验研究,理论结果与实验结果相符。该方案与传统方法相比,大大简化了实验装置,而且操作方便灵活,可以广泛地应用到激光技术、污染气体检测等众多领域。
Based on Hnsch-Couillaud (HC) frequency locking technique, the error signal for frequency locking laser to annular cavity was obtained by theoretical calculation. The experimental results show that the 1583 nm laser and the butterfly ring cavity with KTP crystal The frequency locking of the laser to the annular cavity was experimentally studied, and the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Compared with the traditional method, the scheme greatly simplifies the experimental apparatus and has convenient and flexible operation and can be widely applied to many fields such as laser technology, contaminated gas detection and the like.
