当前我国基础教育阶段的培养目标存在过多强调培养“知识人”的倾向,对获取具体知识及在学科考试中获取高分的片面追求给基础教育学校的发展带来了诸多问题,使基础教育迷失了应有的价值目的,失却了道德追求和审美意义。基础教育应当以学生“综合素质”的发展为着眼点,社会公众、学校、基础教育课程与教学以及教师自身都应秉承培养“素质人”的价值追求,以实现基础教育为学生夯实基础并促进其综合素质成长发展的责任与功能。
