[目的]探讨微米红参对脾虚小鼠耐力和抗异丙肾上腺素心肌缺氧能力的影响.[方法]通过给予利血平诱发脾虚模型和异丙肾上腺素心肌缺血模型,建立正常对照组、模型对照组、红参细粉小、大剂量组(2.5,5.0g/kg)、微米红参小、大剂量组(2.5,5.0g/kg),测定小鼠转棒时间、缺氧存活时间和耗氧量.[结果]与模型对照组比较,红参细粉小、大剂量、微米红参小、大剂量组小鼠转棒时间分别延长39.69%,92.18%,100.99%,79.39%,小鼠缺氧生存时间分别延长19.01%,30.28%,54.29%,58.35%,5~10min累计耗氧量分别减少20.94%,24.24%,21.76%,22.72%,微米红参的耐缺氧作用强于红参细粉.[结论]微米红参具有提高小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的作用,且效果优于红参细粉.
