工资制度改革是世人瞩目的大问题。据悉,人事部拟定的机构改革、公务员制度和工资制度改革方案已初步形成,具体实施方案将陆续出台,预计在三年内逐步完成。工资制度改革将在机构改革的基础上与推行公务员制度同步进行。目前面临的第三次工资制度改革,工资调整是建国以来增长幅度最大的一次,但期望值不要过高。从长远来看,工资水平要随着整个经济的发展而提高。工资改革分为国家机关、企业单位、事业单位三大类。
