针对一种立轴数控弹簧端面磨床的单料盘送料机构不能满足市场对生产效率需求的情况,对单料盘送料机构进行了分析,优化设计了双料盘送料机构。文中介绍了双料盘送料机构的工作原理,对实现工作原理的实施方案及控制方法进行了论述,通过对两种送料机构磨床生产效率进行对比,证明采用双料盘送料机构,生产效率有了显著提高,并且节能降耗效果明显,生产成本降低,满足市场需求。
Aiming at a single-axis CNC spring surface grinder single-plate feeding mechanism can not meet the market demand for production efficiency, the single-plate feeding mechanism was analyzed to optimize the design of the double-plate feeding mechanism. This paper introduces the working principle of the double feeding mechanism and discusses the implementation scheme and control method to realize the working principle. By comparing the production efficiency of the two feeding mechanism grinders, it is proved that the production efficiency has been significantly improved by adopting the double feeding mechanism , And energy saving effect is obvious, reduce production costs, to meet market demand.
