2006年9月4日,中国第一个奔驰校企合作班在北京电子科技职业学院成立。2009年4月首届毕业生走向工作岗位,他们良好的职业技能和职业素养,得到企业的认可与赞许。欣喜与自豪的同时,要冷静思考奔驰校企合作班的课程模式、教学方法、师资结构、学生培养、能力训练、评价体系、技能训练和企业文化,探讨它的成功之处与不足,为全面推进学院示范校建设,深化教学改革,为社会为企业培养更多更好的高技能高素质人才做出有益的探索与研究。
On September 4, 2006, China’s first Mercedes-Benz school-enterprise cooperation class was established at Beijing Electronic Technology Vocational College. In April 2009, the first graduates went to work. Their good professional skills and professional qualities were recognized and praised by enterprises. While rejoicing and being proud, we must calmly consider the curriculum model, teaching methods, teacher structure, student training, ability training, evaluation system, skill training, and corporate culture of the Mercedes-Benz school-enterprise cooperation class, and discuss its successes and shortcomings. Promote the construction of college model schools, deepen teaching reforms, and provide useful exploration and research for the society to cultivate more and better high-skilled and high-quality talents for enterprises.
