尊敬的《世界经济文汇》编辑部,你们好!贵刊2015年第3期发表的《行政权力与学术资源——基于中国百篇优秀博士论文评选的经验证据》,总体来看是一篇非常不错的学术论文。该论文的选题很有意义,用规范的经济学分析方法,借助计量模型,对中国高校所存在的行政权力干预和扭曲学术成果评价的问题做了初步的实证研究。但是,也必须实事求是地指出,论文在计量分析的指标选择及指标的等级划分方面,还存在着一些很值得商榷的问题。这些问题主要表现在该文中的“表1导师担任校内行政职务的行政权力的评分标准”中,

The essay is of great significance. By means of standardized economic analysis method and econometric model, this essay makes a preliminary empirical study on the intervention of administrative power and the distortion of academic achievement in Chinese colleges and universities. However, we must also point out in a realistic manner that there are still some issues that are quite debatable in the selection of indicators for the econometric analysis and for the classification of indicators. These problems are mainly manifested in the article in the “Table 1 tutor administrative position within the school administrative grade rating”
