内窥镜下硬化剂注射治疗是小儿门脉高压所致消化道出血的主要治疗方法,手术仅限于少数患儿。作者回顾了1985～1991年252例门脉高压合并食管静脉曲张出血患儿的治疗情况。
Endoscopic sclerotherapy is the main treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by portal hypertension in children, surgery is limited to a small number of children. The authors reviewed the treatment of 252 cases of portal hypertension combined with esophageal variceal bleeding in 1985 ~ 1991.
