二苯甲醇结构异构体以十二烷基硫酸钠胶束水溶液为展开剂,在纸色谱分离中的保留行为不仅偏离Armstrong标准曲线,而且是反键合型的。其原因在于立体效应,溶质的分子结构和胶束的形状与大小能否适配是色谱分离的主要驱动力。其机理仍然符合Armstrong理论。
Benzyl alcohol structural isomers with sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar aqueous solution as a developing agent, retention behavior in paper chromatography separation not only deviate from the Armstrong standard curve, but also anti-bonding type. The reason is that the three-dimensional effect, solute molecular structure and micelle shape and size can fit the main driving force for chromatographic separation. The mechanism is still in line with Armstrong theory.
