班组政治学习是企业党委贯彻党的路线、方针、政策的重要途径,在形成企业合力方面起到了不可估量的作用。然而,目前不少班组政治学习所采取的方法和形式欠妥当,产生的学习效果甚微,也普遍不受职工们的欢迎。 这些做法归纳起来有以下几种: 一是几十年不变的学习制度陈旧。为了使这种制度得以维持,不少单位都制定了职工学习时迟到、早退、请假和不参加学习的惩罚措施,迫使职工在休班时间必须参加。对于这种做法,大部分职工十分反感。 The political study of the squad and group is an important way for the party committees of enterprises to carry out the party’s line, principles and policies and play an invaluable role in forming the corporate co-operation.
