通过对广东省基层体育教练员的调查研究,发现目前广东省基层体育教练员队伍存在着学历层次较低,队伍结构不合理,科学训练水平不高,管理方式欠妥,奖励机制不合理等问题。并根据体育教练员发展的科学规律和实际情况,提出了着力提高教练员的学历层次,实施教练员注册和认证制度,加强岗位培养师资队伍建设,增强科技训练能力提高训练质量,依靠制度使训练更加系统化,建立合理的教练员奖励机制,对运动队进行严格的法制管理以及加强体育科研成果转化工作等对策来解决目前基层体育教练员面临的实际困境。
Through the investigation and study of grassroots sports coaches in Guangdong Province, it is found that the current grassroots sports coaches in Guangdong province have such problems as low education level, unreasonable team structure, low level of scientific training, improper management style and unreasonable incentive mechanism . According to the scientific rules and the actual situation of the development of sports coaches, the author put forward to make great efforts to improve the educational level of coaches, implement the system of registration and certification of coaches, strengthen the construction of teaching staff in posts, enhance the ability of scientific and technological training, improve the quality of training, More systematic, establish a reasonable incentive mechanism for coaches, strict legal system for sports teams and strengthen the transformation of sports scientific research and other measures to solve the current grass-roots sports coaches face the real predicament.
