吡啶偶氮类试剂是一类重要的光度显色剂,PAN是其典型代表之一。我们在PAN分子结构中引入—OH、—Br两个基团,合成了1-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,7-萘二酚(简称5-Br-PADN)。希望试剂分子中助色团数目的增加能提高试剂与金属离子显色反应的灵敏度,并因游离羟基的引入而增强试剂和络合物分子与表面活性剂作用的能力。实验结果证实了上述设想。在试验的数种5-Br-PADN-Me络合物中,其摩尔吸光系数均比相应的PAN-Me络合物的摩尔吸光系数高,而且用
Pyridine azo reagent is an important photochromic agent, PAN is one of its typical representatives. We introduced two groups of -OH and -Br in the PAN molecular structure to synthesize 1- (5-bromo-2-pyridylazo) -2,7-naphthalenediol (abbreviated as 5-Br-PADN). It is hoped that the increase of the number of auxochromes in the reagent molecule will increase the sensitivity of the reagent to the color reaction of the metal ion and enhance the ability of the reagent and the complex molecule to interact with the surfactant due to the introduction of the free hydroxyl group. The experimental results confirm the above assumption. Among the five 5-Br-PADN-Me complexes tested, their molar absorptivities were all higher than those of the corresponding PAN-Me complexes,
