目的探讨患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿足细胞标志蛋白podocalyxin(PCX)在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)早期肾损害诊断中的应用价值。方法选取GDM患者60例,正常孕妇62例,未孕妇女65例,应用免疫透射比浊法检测CysC浓度,采用ELISA法检测尿PCX水平。结果 1.GDM组血清CysC、尿PCX水平均高于正常孕妇组和未孕妇女组(P<0.05),各组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);2.正常孕妇中孕组、晚孕组、GDM中孕组、晚孕组血清CysC、尿PCX水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);GDM组血清CysC、尿PCX水平呈正相关(r=0.809,P<0.05)。结论血清CysC、尿PCX是可以反映GDM早期肾损伤的实验室指标,联合检测血清CysC和尿PCX能早期发现GDM导致的肾功能损害,降低母婴并发症或围产期死亡率,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum cystatin C (CysC) and podocalyxin (PCX) in the diagnosis of early renal damage in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Sixty patients with GDM, 62 normal pregnant women and 65 non-pregnant women were selected. The concentration of CysC was measured by immunoturbidimetry and the urinary PCX level by ELISA. Results 1. The levels of serum CysC and urinary PCX in GDM group were significantly higher than those in normal pregnant women and non-pregnant women (P <0.05), and there were significant differences among the groups (P <0.05) .2. (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum CysC and urine PCX in GDM group (r = 0.809, P < 0.05). Conclusions Serum CysC and urinary PCX are laboratory indexes that can reflect the early renal injury of GDM. It is important to detect serum CysC and urinary PCX early to detect renal dysfunction caused by GDM, reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications or perinatal mortality Value.
