Spherical tank is the chemical industry storage of raw materials and products of the important equipment. This paper introduces the working principle, hardware structure and software design of the spherical tank water spray automatic fire extinguishing controller. The controller programming is flexible, with automatic, soft manual, hard manual control; can automatically record the time of the fire, and use the analog disk to indicate the site of the fire; with system disconnection alarm, the system self-test function.
