介绍了将辐射法再生丁基橡胶与原始丁基橡胶性能进行对比的评价。与原始丁基橡胶的性能相比,辐射再生丁基胶的力学性能与前者十分接近,但却具有很高的耐热老化性。指出了辐射法再生丁基橡胶P-5的最佳硫化体系(单位:质量份):硫磺4~5、秋兰姆1.5~2.5、促进剂1.0。并且指出了该再生胶在加工橡胶工业制品方面的用途:轮胎内层胶和胎面胶的添加剂、密封胶和密封腻子等。
The evaluation of the performance of radically regenerated butyl rubber versus virgin butyl rubber is presented. Compared with the performance of the original butyl rubber, the mechanical properties of radically-regenerated butyl rubber are very close to those of the former, but they have very high heat aging resistance. The optimal curing system (unit: parts by mass) of the regeneration butyl rubber P-5 by radiation method is pointed out: sulfur 4 ~ 5, thiuram 1.5 ~ 2.5, accelerator 1.0. And pointed out that the reclaimed rubber in the processing of rubber industrial products use: tire inner rubber and tread rubber additives, sealants and sealing putty and so on.
