针对仪器板装配精度要求高、装配后精测难度大、舱内仪器板的安装面精度差以及装配应力大等装配技术难题,制定了精测辅助装配方案、激光雷达-激光跟踪仪联合测量以及在安装面间添加调整垫片的工艺措施。采用该方案顺利地完成了某型号仪器板的装配,装配精度满足设计要求。
