本文进行了细菌、菌疫苗、某些化学物质、生理盐水及超声波等刺激诱导柞蚕,Anther-eae pernyi滞育蛹产生抗菌物质的试验。初步表明,上述处理都能诱导柞蚕蛹产生一定数量的抗菌物质,反映了柞蚕抗菌物质的诱导源是非特异性的。应用15%聚丙烯酰胺凝胶平板电泳,分离和鉴定了血淋巴中诱导产生的三种抗菌蛋白,分别是P5·P9D及P9E。诱导的蛹血淋巴经葡聚糖G-50柱层析可获得一个溶菌酶的组份。
In this paper, bacteria, bacteria vaccine, some chemicals, saline and ultrasound stimulation induced tussah, Anther-eae pernyi diapause pupae produce antibacterial substances. Preliminary results show that the above treatment can induce tupa pupae produce a certain amount of antimicrobial substances, reflecting the tussah antimicrobial substance inducing source is non-specific. Fifteen antimicrobial proteins induced by hemolymph were isolated and identified by 15% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, which were P5 · P9D and P9E respectively. Induced pupa hemolymph G-50 by dextran chromatography column to obtain a lysozyme component.
