最近美国国立卫生署的研究估计到1992年全美获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)总例数至少将增至36.5万,20万以上将死亡。I型人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1)感染后呼吸道、皮肤、胃肠道、血液及泌尿诸系统的临床及病理学特点已有较完整的概括。但AIDS的很多心血管系统临床及病理表现仍不明确。AIDS的准确心血管患病率不明,约为28～73%。
According to a recent study by the U.S. Department of Health, the total number of AIDS cases in the United States will increase to at least 365,000 in 1992 and more than 200,000 will die. The clinical and pathological features of the respiratory tract, skin, gastrointestinal tract, blood and urinary system after infection with human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) have been completely summarized. However, the clinical and pathological manifestations of many cardiovascular diseases in AIDS remain unclear. The exact prevalence of AIDS is unknown, about 28-73%.
