一、引言在无产阶级文化大革命的推动下,我国的铁路运输事业有了很大的发展。机车已向电气化、内燃化过渡,它们功率大、速度高、对柴油机、车体和走行部分的机械强度提出较高的要求。运输速度提高对客货车辆的车体、转向架和轮轨等的机械强度、振动问题提出一系列新课题。为此、迫切需要解决运动部件的强度测试技术。在这方面,已经有集流环、摇臂、感应式和射频发射式等测试方法。我们经过试制试验,采用脉频调制式的射频遥测系统,对机车车辆运动部件的应力、温度等非电量参数进行了测试。试测结果表明,这个系统的抗干扰特性较好,稳定性、线性精度符合工程测试的要求。由于采用脉冲调制、频带较宽,作为远程遥测是不利的。这种系统适合于时分制多路,而且可能应用数字技术。
I. INTRODUCTION Under the impetus of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, great progress has been made in China’s railway transportation. In this regard, there have been test methods such as current-collecting loops, rocker arms, inductive and radio-frequency transmitters. After trial production, we tested the non-power parameters such as stress and temperature of the moving parts of rolling stock by using the pulse frequency modulated radio frequency telemetry system. The test results show that the anti-interference characteristic of the system is better, and the stability and linearity accuracy meet the requirements of engineering test. Due to the pulsed modulation, the wider frequency band is detrimental to telemetry. This system is suitable for time division multiplexing, and may use digital technology.
