Pu(Ⅳ)和硝酸的测定在核燃料后处理厂工艺控制分析中占有重要的地位。本工作采用InGaAs检测器与C-T固定光栅结合,研制了Pu(Ⅳ)和硝酸同时、快速分析装置;利用Pu(Ⅳ)和硝酸的近红外吸收光谱,结合PLS回归方法,建立了后处理工艺中Pu(Ⅳ)和硝酸含量的同时、快速分析方法。分析装置测量速度快、波长重复性好、稳定性高;分析方法简单、快速、无需预处理。水相中Pu(Ⅳ)及硝酸的测定范围分别是0.53~21.95 g/L、0.59~4.0 mol/L,有机相中Pu(Ⅳ)及硝酸的测定范围分
Determination of Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid plays an important role in the process control analysis of nuclear fuel reprocessing plant. In this work, we used InGaAs detector and CT fixed grating to develop Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid simultaneous and rapid analysis device. Using Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid near infrared absorption spectroscopy, combined with PLS regression method, established the post-treatment process Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid content at the same time, rapid analysis method. The measuring device has the advantages of fast measuring speed, good wavelength repeatability and high stability; the analysis method is simple and fast without pretreatment. The determination range of Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid in aqueous phase were 0.53 ~ 21.95 g / L, 0.59 ~ 4.0 mol / L, Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid in the organic phase
