在金融危机席卷全球的背景下,对聚焦战略展开了深入分析,探索了战略性人力资源管理,据此设计我国中小企业人力资源管理的聚焦战略匹配模型,提出人力资源管理与聚焦战略匹配的新思路,进而从企业文化、招聘、培训、绩效评估、薪酬五个方面制定相应的匹配对策。
Under the background of the financial crisis sweeping the globe, we have carried out an in-depth analysis of the focus strategy and explored the strategic human resource management. Based on this, we have designed a focused strategy matching model for SME human resource management in our country, and proposed a new matching strategy of human resource management and focus strategy Ideas, and then from the corporate culture, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, pay to develop appropriate matching strategies.
