眼下,企业文化又时兴起来了。90年代这次企业文化热比起80年代的企业文化热,形势已发生质的飞跃。首先,党中央、国务院积极倡导,将加强企业文化建设写进了党的十四大报告和关于建立社会主义市场经济体制的“五十条”。二是企业文化是企业走上市场、实现“四自主”的内在要求,这一点已形成共识。三是企业文化引起理论界、管理界和宣传思想文化界的广泛重视
Right now, corporate culture is booming again. In the 1990s, the corporate culture was hotter than corporate culture in the 1980s, and the situation has undergone a qualitative leap. First of all, the Party Central Committee and the State Council actively advocated that the strengthening of corporate culture should be included in the Party’s report to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the “fifty articles” on establishing a socialist market economic system. Second, corporate culture is the inherent requirement for companies to go on the market and achieve “four independent”. This has formed a consensus. Third, the corporate culture has attracted extensive attention from the theoretical, management, and propaganda ideological and cultural circles.
