“肥激”系用钕玻璃激光器辐照东肥蚕蛹育成;“激变88”系肥激群体中自然突变产生的具油蚕性状的自然突变体。对肥激进行遗传学分析:肥激每对后部丝腺细胞较东肥多200多个;染色体单桥,落后和遗弃的畸变率高于东肥;丝蛋白无论在量上还是质上都与东肥存在分子水平差异。激变88为油蚕,油蚕基因为隐性。激变88竞争优势率除茧层率外均低于肥激;但其杂种优势率除全茧量外均高于肥激。研究表明:家蚕激光辐射育种突变频率远较家蚕自然群体的突变频率高。
The “fat stimulus” system uses a neodymium glass laser to irradiate the east fertilized pupa. The “mutagen 88” is a natural mutant of the oil-silkworm trait produced by a natural mutation in the fattening population. Genetic analysis of the fat shock: Each pair of post-stimulation of silk fibrolasts more than 200 more than the East fat; chromosome single bridge, the aberration rate of backward and abandoned higher than the East fat; silk protein both in quantity and quality with East fat molecular level differences exist. The mutation 88 is oil silkworm, oil silkworm gene is recessive. In addition to the cocoon shell rate, the mutation rate of competitive 88 was lower than that of fattening; however, the heterosis rate was higher than that of fatal cocoon except for the amount of cocoon. Studies have shown that the mutation frequency of silkworm larvae breeding is much higher than that of the natural population of silkworm.
