近年来,广泛展开了对人体正常值及环境污染问题的研究。由于所研究的对象逐渐痕量化和超痕量化,同时又受到检测方法检出下限的限制,因此在检测工作中经常会遇到在一组样品的测定结果中出现一些“未检出”值。由于对未检出值未进行合理的估算,这就影响了全部数据处理的准确,所以对未检出值做出合理的估算,成为急需解决的问题。
In recent years, research on the normal human body and environmental pollution has been extensively conducted. Due to the gradual trace and ultra-trace quantification of the studied objects and the limitation of the detection limit of the detection method, some “undetected” values in the measurement results of a group of samples are often encountered in the detection work. Since no reasonable estimate was made for the undetected value, this affects the accuracy of all data processing. Therefore, making a reasonable estimate of the undetected value becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
