临床医务人员面临医患关系、职业责任、职业发展及经济生活等多重压力,如何减轻医务人员的职业压力,提高工作满意度和医疗服务质量成了当务之急。以医务人员职业压力为切入点,从医学人文角度开展医学生阶段人文教育研究,旨在提升医学人文教育的早期性、可行性和有效性,以此奠定未来医生职业生涯的人文素养和从医技能。
Clinicians face multiple pressures such as doctor-patient relationship, professional responsibility, career development and economic life. How to reduce the occupational pressure of medical staff, improve job satisfaction and quality of medical service has become a top priority. Taking the occupational pressure of medical personnel as the starting point, this paper studies the humanistic education of medical students from the perspective of medical humanities, aiming to enhance the early, feasibility and effectiveness of medical humanities education in order to lay the humanities accomplishments and medical literacy of future medical professionals skill.
