应用抗人 T 细胞亚群单克隆抗体(McAb)研究36例高促性腺激素性闭经患者和21例正常月经周期妇女 CD_(20)、CD_3、CD_4和 CD_8的变化。发现观察组 CD_(20)、CD_(32)、CD_8均值与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但 CD_4均值显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。其中17例患者 CD_4/CD_8比值倒置与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。用避孕药Ⅰ号治疗24例患者,治疗前、后 CD_(20)、CD_3、CD_4和CD_8均值无显著差异(P>0.05),为本病性激素治疗的安全性提供了依据。
To study the changes of CD_ (20), CD_3, CD_4 and CD_8 in 36 cases of gonadal hormone amenorrhea and 21 cases of normal menstrual cycle using monoclonal antibody against human T cell subsets (McAbs). The mean CD_ (20), CD_ (32) and CD_8 in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group (P> 0.05), but the average value of CD_4 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Among them, the ratio of CD_4 / CD_8 was upside down in 17 patients compared with the control group (P <0.01). 24 patients with contraceptives Ⅰ treatment before and after treatment, CD_ (20), CD_3, CD_4 and CD_8 mean no significant difference (P> 0.05), provided the basis for the safety of sex hormone therapy.
