近两年来,我们县委办公室注重以人为本,大力加强干部队伍建设,使干部素质有了明显提高,工作也上了一个新台阶。一、强化学习,提高素质。为了使办公室工作人员能够适应新时期办公室工作的需要,我们始终把学习摆在突出位置,并做到了保证时间,灵活形式,突出重点,注重实效。在学习时间上,把每周五下午作为集中学习日,并要求每人每周自学不少于8小时。在学习方式上,实行集中学习与自学相结合、请专家进来讲座与走出去学习相结合、理论学习与社会实践相结合,深入开展了双“123”活动,即每人每季度读完1本书、全年写2万字的读书笔记和3篇有一定份量的理论联系实
