The “Shangchai Cup”, a well-established corporate symbolic event organized jointly by Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. and the magazine “Corporate Civilization,” ended in the fifth period of this year. After a serious appraisal by the judges, the results have been announced a few days ago. The essay campaign received positive responses from experts, scholars and many readers. The manuscript carried out extensive and in-depth discussions on the CI strategy overview and how the company shaped the business. Many authors proposed corrective methods in light of the misunderstandings of shaping. During the essay period, some articles were reprinted in an influential medium and readers rated the essay highly. This issue will continue to focus on corporate shape
