目的:探讨肺癌放化疗后并发肺部真菌感染病原菌的构成、耐药性。方法:对肺癌患者放化疗之后进行常规真菌检查,并对病原真菌进行分类、药敏状况进行统计分析。结果:48例肺癌放化疗患者,其中40例出现真菌感染;40株真菌中白色念珠菌最多,占55%;光滑念珠菌耐药率最高。结论:肺癌放化疗后并发肺部真菌感染率较高,应加强注意。
Objective: To investigate the composition and drug resistance of pathogens causing pulmonary fungal infection after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in lung cancer. Methods: The conventional fungal examination was performed after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer, and the pathogenic fungi were classified. The drug susceptibility status was statistically analyzed. Results: 48 cases of patients with lung cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy, of which 40 cases of fungal infections; 40 strains of fungi Candida albicans accounted for the largest, 55%; Candida glabrata highest resistance rate. Conclusions: The lung fungal infection rate after lung cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be strengthened.
