我们于1981年8月对内蒙锡林郭勒草原的蒙古族牧民健康人群 IgG、IgA 和 IgM 水平做丁调查。报告如下:我们选择世居草原,扁桃体及浅表淋巴结、肝脾无病理肿大,无慢性病,一月内无感染史,布鲁氏菌病平板试验阴性,HBsAg 阴性,肝功正常,一年来未做予防接种的蒙古族牧民为测试对象。采用单向免疫扩散法。由上海市医学化验所供给免疫球蛋白单价诊断血清及参考血清。其免疫球蛋白含量为:IgG122单位/毫升(80.4微克/单位),IgA93单位/毫升(142微克/单位),IgM112单位/毫升(8.48微克/单位)。通过试验绘制标准曲线,再测定待检血清。检查的253例,其中男113例,女140例,年令1—72岁。两组年令接近,见表Ⅰ:由表一可知不同性别蒙古族牧民健康人血清免
