用高脂饲料、含血脂康和三种剂量姜黄醇提取物的饲料喂饲日本大耳兔,4周、9周和12周处死测定脂质代谢变化,发现喂饲高脂膳食血清胆固醇和甘油三酯增高,HDL-C降低,主动脉和肝脏中脂质含量明显增高,并且随喂饲时间延长病情加重。加服血脂康9周后才使血清胆固醇和甘油三酯降低,HDL-C增高,12周处死后发现对肝脏中的胆固醇和甘油三酯作用不明显,部分动物主动脉壁粥样硬化病变减轻。加服姜黄醇提取物4周即明显地降低血清甘油三酯和增高HDL-C,并且呈量效关系。降低血清胆固醇作用在9周后出现,12周处死后发现姜黄醇提取物亦能显著地降低肝脏中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,以及减轻主动脉里粥样硬化病变,实验证实血脂康和姜黄醇提取物均能显著地降低血清胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,血脂康以降胆固醇为主,姜黄醇提取物以降甘油三酯为主。
Japanese rabbits were fed with high-fat diets, diets containing Xuezhikang and three doses of curcumin, and sacrificed at 4 weeks, 9 weeks, and 12 weeks to determine changes in lipid metabolism and found that high-fat diets fed serum cholesterol and glycerol were fed. Triester increased, HDL-C decreased, lipid content in the aorta and liver increased significantly, and the condition worsened as the feeding time prolonged. After nine weeks of treatment with Xuezhikang, serum cholesterol and triglycerides were reduced, and HDL-C was increased. After 12 weeks of sacrifice, cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the liver were found to be insignificant, and some aortic wall atherosclerotic lesions were alleviated. Addition of curcumin extract significantly reduced serum triglyceride and increased HDL-C for 4 weeks, and showed a dose-effect relationship. The serum cholesterol lowering effect appeared after 9 weeks. After being sacrificed at 12 weeks, the curcumin extract also significantly reduced the cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the liver, and reduced atherosclerotic lesions in the aorta. The experiment confirmed that Xuezhikang and curcumin Extracts can significantly reduce serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Xuezhikang mainly reduces cholesterol. Curcumin alcohol extracts mainly decrease triglycerides.
