目的探讨船员噪声性听力损失的状况及其剂量-效应关系。方法观察组、对照组各1 000名,分别给予纯音听力测定。检测20艘船舶不同工作场所的声级。结果观察组听力损失较对照组明显(2=191.66,P<0.01)。机舱组听力损失较甲板组严重(2=15.99,P<0.01)。机舱与甲板噪声暴露水平均超过国家规定标准[85 dB(A)]。结论从船员噪声性耳聋的形成特点来看,它与船员工种、接触噪声时间有密切的关系。
Objective To investigate the noise-induced hearing loss of crew and its dose-response relationship. Method observation group, control group of 1 000 each, were given pure tone audiometry. Detection of 20 ships at different workplaces of the sound level. Results The hearing loss in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (2 = 191.66, P <0.01). Hearing loss in cabin group was more severe than in deck group (2 = 15.99, P <0.01). Engine cabin and deck noise exposure levels exceed the national standard [85 dB (A)]. Conclusion From the formation characteristics of noise-induced deafness of crew members, it is closely related to the type of crew and the contact noise time.
