降低肺动脉压是治疗肺心病改善心功能不全的重要措施。1989年3月~1990年11月我们应用硝苯地平加体外膈肌起搏治疗老年肺心病,用彩色多谱勒超声心动图测得肺动脉血流加速时间(PAAT),按公式计算平均肺动脉压(PAPm)。用此方法观察治疗前、治疗后胂动脉压变化。现报道如下。材料与方法使用广州电子产品技术开发公司制造的体外膈肌起搏器(EDP)-Ⅰ型。病例选择:均为男性肺心病急性期病人,共28例,
