本研究运用问卷法对755名教师的职业幸福感进行了调查研究。发现:(1)总体上看教师的职业幸福感处于一般水平。免师教师职业幸福感得分显著低于普通教师,但是在相同教龄中,两组教师群体的差异不显著。(2)小学免师教师的职业幸福感显著高于中学免师教师,主要体现在收益满意感和情感幸福感维度上。(3)重点学校免师教师的职业幸福感显著高于非重点学校免师教师,主要体现在收益满意感和身心愉悦感维度上。在讨论和分析的基础上提出了增强免师教师职业幸福感的对策建议。
This study investigated 755 teachers’ occupational well-being by questionnaire. It is found that: (1) Overall, teachers’ professional well-being is at a normal level. The scores of professional happiness among teachers in teachers training division were significantly lower than those of ordinary teachers, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the same teaching age. (2) The teacher’s professional happiness in primary school is significantly higher than that in secondary school, mainly reflected in the dimensions of income satisfaction and emotional well-being. (3) The professional happiness of teachers in key schools is significantly higher than that of teachers in non-key schools, mainly reflected in the dimensions of income satisfaction and physical and mental pleasure. Based on the discussion and analysis, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the professional happiness of teachers.
