目的研究螺旋藻多糖对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率及对红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、唾液酸(SA)活性的影响,以此来评价螺旋藻多糖对红细胞的免疫作用。方法使用紫外检测的方法考察不同剂量螺旋藻多糖(200、100、50mg/kg)对S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞SOD、CAT、SA活性的影响。结果与阴性对照组比较,螺旋藻多糖能明显抑制肿瘤生长,抑瘤率均在30%以上,其中高剂量组(200mg/kg)效果最好,达到59.26%,并提高S180荷瘤小鼠SOD、CAT、SA的活性。结论螺旋藻多糖提高了S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞SOD、CAT、SA活性,这可能是增强S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫作用的物质基础,是螺旋藻多糖抗肿瘤作用的免疫机制之一。
Objective To study the effect of Spirulina platensis polysaccharide on S180 tumor-bearing mice and its effect on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and sialic acid (SA) Polysaccharide on the immune function of red blood cells. Methods The UV detection method was used to investigate the effects of polysaccharide (200, 100 and 50 mg / kg) on SOD, CAT and SA activities of S180 tumor-bearing mice erythrocytes. Results Compared with the negative control group, the polysaccharides of Spirulina significantly inhibited tumor growth and the tumor inhibition rates were above 30%, of which the high dose group (200mg / kg) had the best effect (59.26%) and increased S180 tumor-bearing mice SOD , CAT, SA activity. Conclusion Spirulina platensis polysaccharide can increase SOD, CAT, SA activity of S180 tumor-bearing mouse erythrocytes, which may be the material basis for enhancing erythrocyte immune function in S180 tumor-bearing mice and is one of the immune mechanisms of anti-tumor effects of polysaccharide from Spirulina platensis.
