目的:了解我院抗肿瘤药的利用情况。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2005～2007年抗肿瘤药的销售金额、用药频度及日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:3年中抗肿瘤药销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例逐年增加;各类抗肿瘤药销售金额排序植物来源抗肿瘤药稳居第1位;枸橼酸他莫昔芬3年中DDDs始终处在第1位;国产药、注射剂、“医保”类抗肿瘤药在我院使用频率较高。结论:我院抗肿瘤药应用基本合理,但仍需进一步加强管理。
Objective: To understand the use of anti-tumor drugs in our hospital. Methods: The retrospective method was used to analyze and analyze the sales amount, frequency of medication and daily average cost of anti-tumor drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2007. Results: The proportion of sales of antineoplastic drugs to the total sales amount of drugs increased year by year; the sales amount of various antineoplastic drugs ranked No.1 in the antineoplastic drugs of plant origin; DDDs of tamoxifen citrate in 3 years Always in the first place; domestic drugs, injections, “Medicare ” class anti-tumor drugs in our hospital with higher frequency. Conclusion: The application of anti-tumor drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable, but still need to be further strengthened management.
