梁北煤矿深部热害比较严重,针对梁北矿工作面局部高温情况,通过工作面热源调查,根据能量守恒定律,建立热交换的数学模型,对11061工作面热源状况进行理论分析和风流温度预测,并与实际测量结果对比验证。热源分析得出:此工作面围岩散热量和机械设备散热量所占比重较大,分别占28.3%和47.0%,是风温升高的主要原因。对比结果表明:风温预测结果与工作面实际测量结果能够很好地吻合,验证了热源分析和风温预测方法的正确性。
According to the heat source survey of the working face, according to the law of conservation of energy, a mathematical model of heat exchange is established to analyze the heat source condition of 11061 working face and predict the temperature of wind flow , And compared with the actual measurement results verify. The analysis of heat source shows that the proportion of heat dissipation of surrounding rock and the heat dissipation of machinery and equipment accounts for 28.3% and 47.0% respectively, which is the main reason for the increase of wind temperature. The comparison results show that the results of wind temperature prediction can be in good agreement with the actual measurement results of the working face, and the correctness of the method of heat source analysis and wind temperature prediction is verified.
