在芭蕾训练过程中,软开度与肌肉能力是相互作用的,两者缺一不可。芭蕾舞在进行基础训练时,是以软开度为基础,有目的、有计划地对肌肉韧带的能力进行逐步加强。在软开度与肌肉能力的相互作用下,使韧带的弹性以及相关肌肉的伸展性都有了相应的提高。这些都是为以后加大韧带肌群的运动幅度和力量做好充分的准备。由于下肢关节在芭蕾训练过程中起到主导性作用,才以下肢训练为例。在下肢关节的训练中,软开度与肌肉能力起到了不可忽视的作用,它们不仅加强了脚及脚腕关节处的敏捷性,膝关节处屈伸的灵活性,髋关节处的延展性,同时还保护了下肢各个关节,有利于各关节尽可能的不受损伤。
