分析56例小儿脑瘫合并巨细胞病毒与弓形虫感染的临床表现、特异性抗体、DNA，及sIL－2R的变化，说明合并两者感染可能为脑瘫病因之一，并可加重脑瘫病情，sIL－2R检测有助于病情判断和疗效评价。
The clinical manifestations, specific antibodies, DNA and sIL-2R in 56 children with cerebral palsy complicated with cytomegalovirus and Toxoplasma gondii infection were analyzed retrospectively. The results suggested that the combination of both could be one of the causes of cerebral palsy, 2R test helps to determine the condition and efficacy evaluation.
