各产煤省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、煤炭行业管理部门:2006年,各地按照国务院统一部署,积极推进煤矿整顿关闭,取得了重要的阶段性成果。近日,煤矿整顿关闭工作部际联席会议召开第三次会议,讨论通过了2007年煤矿整顿关闭工作要点,明确要求今年底之前确保关闭4000处煤矿,基本完成煤炭资源整合工作。为指导和督促各地发展改革、煤炭行业管理部门进一步发挥职能作用,做好煤矿整顿关闭工作,现就有关问题通知如下: All the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the National Development and Reform Commission and the coal industry management departments: In 2006, in accordance with the unified plan of the State Council, various regions actively promoted the closure of coal mines and achieved important milestones.
