随着建筑行业的快速发展,目前由于砌体结构具有就地取材、施工方便等优势,但由于砖混结构具有自重大、整体结构刚度不强、砌体强度较低、抗震性能较差,抗剪、抗拉、抗拉强度较低,抗侧力性能较差等原因,导致砖混结构墙体常常会出现各种裂缝,一直是影响建筑工程施工质量通病。为了提高建筑结构的稳定性、安全性,提高建筑结构的经济效益以及社会效益,笔者结合自己多年的工作经验对砖混结构墙体常见裂缝的种类以及形成原因进行深入分析,并在此基础上提出针对性的预防及控制对策。
