It is not appropriate to translate this building as “Peacock Hall.” The building is built according to the boat shape of a royal boat in ancient Burma. The island is not a peacock, but a very pleasing bird of the song in Buddhist legends. China’s Sutra has transliterated as “Jia Luo frequency gamma” or meaning translation as “Miao sound birds.” Therefore, we should correct the translation as “Jia Luo Gallo Hall” or “Miaosheng Bird Hall.” “Wonderbird Hall” is located at the foot of the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon, Lake Royal.
