本文在分析剃削力的基础上,确定了剃齿测力仪应采用的结构形式,完成了弹性传感器的设计。针对测力仪的力学特性和电学特性,进行了分析和推导,从理论上初估了测力仪的主要性能,并提出了测力仪的补偿措施。最后对测力系统进行了标定,从而判断其在实用中的可靠性。静态标定主要考察了测力仪的直线性和灵敏度,动态标定主要考察了测力仪的固有频率。
Based on the analysis of the shaving force, the structure of the shaving force meter should be determined and the design of the elastic sensor should be completed. According to the mechanics and electrical characteristics of the dynamometer, the analysis and derivation are made. The main performance of the dynamometer is theoretically estimated and the compensating measure of dynamometer is proposed. Finally, the force-measuring system was calibrated to determine its reliability in practice. Static calibration mainly investigates the linearity and sensitivity of the dynamometer. The dynamic calibration mainly investigates the natural frequency of the dynamometer.
