本文利用在 pH3.8的柠檬酸及其钠盐缓冲溶液中溴甲酚绿与磷酸可待因作用生成黄色络合物,此物可溶于氯仿。在波长418nm 处,测定该络合物氯仿溶液的吸光度。浓度范围在3~12μg/ml,符合比耳定律。从回收率试验与样品测定数据看,方法可靠,且制剂中的附加剂,对本法没有干扰,符合定量要求。试验中主要应用751型分光光度计,在部分回收率测定中也曾用721型分光光度计,比较二者所得结果极为接近。本法所用仪嚣较普及,操作简便,易于掌握,便于推广。
In this paper, pH3.8 citric acid and its sodium salt buffer solution of bromocresol green and the role of codeine phosphate yellow complex formed, the material is soluble in chloroform. At a wavelength of 418 nm, the absorbance of the complex chloroform solution was measured. The concentration range of 3 ~ 12μg / ml, in line with Beer’s law. From the recovery test and sample determination data, the method is reliable, and the additives in the preparation do not interfere with the law and meet the quantitative requirements. The main application of the test 751 spectrophotometer, 721 spectrophotometer was also used in the determination of the partial recovery, the results obtained by comparing the two are very close. The instruments used in this Law are more popular, easy to operate, easy to grasp and easy to promote.
