针对山区道路交通特点,综合考虑影响山区道路交通安全度的人、车、路、环境等主要因素,运用层析分析法构建道路交通安全度评价指标体系,基于权的最小平方法建立模糊综合评价模型,并利用加权平均原则对其进行综合评价.以云南省罗富路“者桑”段为例,结果表明该模型可以有效的反映道路的安全状况,且权的最小平方法可以实现道路交通安全度主要影响因素权重系数的精确分配,合理反映各评价指标的重要性,为提高道路的交通安全性奠定基础.
According to the characteristics of road traffic in mountainous area, considering the main factors such as people, vehicles, roads and environment which affect the road traffic safety in mountainous area, the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the index system of road traffic safety evaluation, and establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation Model and using the weighted average principle to carry on the comprehensive appraisal to it.Take the example of Luo Fu Road “person Sang ” section of Yunnan Province as an example, the result shows that this model can reflect the safe state of the road effectively, and the right least square method can be realized The exact distribution of the weight factors of the main factors influencing road traffic safety reflects the importance of each evaluation index reasonably and lays the foundation for improving the road traffic safety.
