目的分析环丙沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎的疗效。方法选取开封县第一人民医院治疗的急性细菌性结膜炎患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别使用0.3%盐酸CPLX滴眼液和0.3%诺氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗,初次检出的细菌做最低抑菌浓度测定。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的83.3%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);共120眼培养致病细菌142株,包括革兰阴性细菌36株,阳性细菌106株;观察组和对照组最低抑菌浓度测定范围分别为0.02~1.18μg/ml和0.08~9.38μg/ml。结论环丙沙星是作用最强的氟哇诺酮类抗生素,其抗菌活性强,抗菌谱广,与其他抗生素无交叉耐药性,治疗急性细菌性结膜炎疗效更佳,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of ciprofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Methods Sixty patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis who were treated in the First People’s Hospital of Kaifeng County were randomly divided into observation group and control group, which were treated with 0.3% hydrochloric acid CPLX eye drops and 0.3% norfloxacin eye drops respectively. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.3%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). A total of 120 pathogenic bacteria were cultured in 120 strains including Gram-negative bacteria The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) ranged from 0.02 to 1.18 μg / ml and from 0.08 to 9.38 μg / ml in the observation group and the control group, respectively. Conclusion Ciprofloxacin is the most potent fluoro-wookolone antibiotic. It has strong antibacterial activity, broad antimicrobial spectrum, no cross-resistance with other antibiotics and better efficacy in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis. It is worthy of clinical application.
