目的探讨《国营企事业单位工作压力量表》在中小学教师中的适用性。方法对309名中小学教师进行了问卷调查。用Cronbach’sα系数检验量表的内在一致性;用验证性因子分析检验因子结构,并对模型进行修正。结果1量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.9176,各因子的Cronbach’sα系数介于0.8414~0.8967。2验证性因子分析在中小学教师中验证了量表原有的因子结构。3经模型改进,工作报酬因子与事业发展因子、精神负担因子与经验技能因子、事业发展因子与人际关系因子、人际关系因子与经验技能因子之间存在相关。结论《国营企事业单位工作压力量表》适用于中小学教师。
Objective To explore the applicability of “Work Stress Scale of State-owned Enterprises and Institutions” to primary and secondary school teachers. Methods A total of 309 primary and secondary school teachers were surveyed. The Cronbach’s α coefficient was used to test the internal consistency of the scale; the confirmatory factor was used to analyze the structure of the test factor and the model was modified. Results 1 Scale Cronbach’s α coefficient of 0.9176, Cronbach’s α coefficient of each factor ranged from 0.8414 to 0.8967.2. Confirmatory factor analysis in the primary and secondary school teachers verified the scale of the original factor structure. 3 There is a correlation between the work pay and career development, mental burden and experience and skill, career development and interpersonal, interpersonal and empirical skills through model improvement. Conclusions “The Work Stress Scale of State-owned Enterprises and Institutions” is suitable for primary and secondary school teachers.
