研究了正偏析元素Mn和反偏析元素Si对铸铁基体显微硬度分布的影响。结果表明:随Mn含量的提高,共晶奥氏体分解产物区和枝晶奥氏体分解产物区边缘处显微硬度明显提高;随Si含量的提高,枝晶奥氏体分解产物和共晶奥氏体分解产物中心处显微硬度明显提高;Mn、Si的合适搭配能使枝晶奥氏体和共晶奥氏体分解产物区的显微硬度分布相对均匀。
The effects of normal segregation element Mn and reverse segregation element Si on the microhardness distribution of cast iron matrix were studied. The results show that with the increase of Mn content, the microhardness of eutectic austenite decomposition zone and dendritic austenite decomposition zone edge obviously increases. With the increase of Si content, the degenerate austenite decomposition products and eutectic The microhardness of the center of the product is obviously increased. The proper combination of Mn and Si can make the distribution of microhardness of dendrite and eutectic austenite relatively uniform.
