目的采用RP-HPLC法测定毛大丁草药材中的熊果苷。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇-水(5∶95),检测波长280 nm。结果熊果苷0.739~4.434μg与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为99.58%,RSD=1.1%。结论所用方法专属性强、准确、重复性好,为毛大丁草药材质量标准的提高及完善提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE To determine arbutin in Mao-Ding-Ding Cao by RP-HPLC. Methods The column was Diamonsil TMC18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the mobile phase was methanol-water (5:95). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results Arbutin 0.739 ~ 4.434μg had a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery was 99.58% and RSD was 1.1%. Conclusion The method used is specific, accurate and reproducible, which provides the basis for improving and perfecting the quality standard of the wool gerbera.
